7-Day Return Guarantee
All watches are inspected and time checked. In case your watch is not as listed or if you face any issue, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Please note the following terms applied to all processed refunds:
- Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs incurred (both domestic within UAE/Pakistan and international transit) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, all customs charges, import duties, handling fees, or taxes incurred on original transit or re-entry will be deducted from the refund.
Inspected & Time Checked
Before dispatch, every timepiece undergoes diagnostic timegrapher accuracy testing and mechanical inspection to guarantee it matches its listing details.
7 Days to Report Any Issue
From the day your package is marked delivered, you have 7 full calendar days to inspect the watch and notify our team of any concerns.
How to Request a Return
Contact Us Within 7 Days
Message our concierge via WhatsApp with your order number and brief photos/videos displaying the issue.
Package & Ship
Ship the timepiece back using tracked and insured courier shipping in its original condition, along with the box, documents, and accessories.
Inspection & Net Refund
Once inspected and verified, your refund will be disbursed minus any initial/return shipping expenses and applicable international customs charges.
